One address for questions and feedback

info@nouploadapp.com

Open your email app to start a message. NoUpload App is a static, serverless website, so we use email instead of a contact form.

Use this address for product questions, accessibility feedback, bug reports, privacy requests, or general comments. We usually reply within 2–3 business days. More complex reports may take longer to investigate.

What to include in a bug report

A little context helps us reproduce and fix a problem. If possible, tell us:

  • Which tool you were using and the page URL.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • Your browser, browser version, operating system, and device type.
  • Any error message shown on the page.
  • The general file type and approximate size, without attaching the file itself.

A screenshot of the interface or error message can be useful, but check it first and remove any names, filenames, account details, or other private information.

Please keep private files private

The tools process selected files locally in your browser, and NoUpload App does not receive them during normal tool use. Email works differently: anything you attach to a message is sent through your email provider and delivered to us.

Please do not email the file you were processing, especially if it contains personal, financial, medical, legal, employment, or other sensitive information. In most cases, the file type, approximate size, browser details, and exact error message are enough for us to begin investigating.

For more information about data handling and privacy requests, read our Privacy Policy.

Privacy, legal, and rights-holder requests

For a privacy request, email info@nouploadapp.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Include enough information for us to understand the request, but do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary.

For a copyright, trademark, security, or other legal concern, describe the affected page, identify the material or issue clearly, and provide a reliable way to contact you. Please do not include confidential exploit details in a general message; first ask us for a suitable way to share them.

Questions about the rules that apply when using the tools are covered in our Terms of Service.
