A simple workflow

Select an MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI, or another common video file from your device. Choosing it does not upload it. The browser reads its name, size, type, and duration so you can confirm that you selected the right video.
Choose Animated GIF when you want a short, silent visual clip. Set its start time, clip length, width, and frame rate. Choose MP3 audio when you want the video's complete soundtrack, then select a practical audio quality.
FFmpeg processes the video in this tab and reports progress while it works. When the result is ready, preview the animated GIF or play the extracted MP3 before using the single clearly labeled save button.
GIF works best for a short moment rather than a whole video. Start with a five-second clip at 480 pixels wide and 15 frames per second. If the result is too large, shorten the clip first, then reduce the width or frame rate. GIF has a limited color palette and no audio, so gradients and detailed motion may look different from the original video. The 20-second limit helps protect browser memory and keeps the result practical.
Code, fonts, and icons are served from this site, while the FFmpeg WebAssembly file comes from NoUpload App's dedicated asset host. The processing engine comes to your browser; your chosen video does not go to a processing server. A first conversion may take a moment while the browser prepares the engine. Your browser may cache that file for faster use next time. Large videos and detailed GIF settings need more memory, battery, and time, so keep this tab open during conversion.

Media conversion uses a browser version of FFmpeg. Its JavaScript loads from this site, and its WebAssembly file loads from NoUpload App's dedicated asset host before conversion. Your selected file is not sent with those requests.
This tool creates an animated GIF from a selected section of your video or extracts the complete audio track as an MP3. It does not accept audio-only inputs and does not create MP4, WebM, WAV, or OGG files.
Begin with a short five-second clip at 480 pixels and 15 frames per second. Shorter duration has the biggest effect on file size. A smaller width or lower frame rate can reduce it further. Start time and clip length must stay within the video's duration.
The converter removes the picture and saves the video's complete audio track as an MP3. You can choose 128, 192, or 256 kbps. If the source video has no audio track, FFmpeg cannot create a useful MP3.
